    JP54 is a Russian export grade roughly equivalent to Jet A1. Genuine JP54 trades through Mediterranean and Baltic terminals, not Rotterdam tanks at unsolicited "soft offers".

    Pattern check: any LinkedIn message claiming "JP54 in Rotterdam, $50/bbl below Platts, ICPO + POF only" is a template scam used since at least 2014. Refuse and report.
