A refinery's job is to refine. Once product leaves the refinery gate, it sits in terminal tanks owned by Vopak, Oiltanking, Koole, or LBC — not the refinery.
Therefore, "TTO direct from refinery" is a contradiction. Real TTO offers come from terminal tank operators, with a tank lease number you can verify with the terminal directly.
If the seller cannot provide a terminal contract reference, walk away.
